5. Shipping and Delivery
To ensure maximum freshness, all orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only via 2-day delivery. Orders placed after Tuesday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high demand.
Smack Em Seafood is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales may be final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can review the situation.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
