3 Steps to Seafood Perfection
Stovetop Steamer or Boil Method — Add seafood to a pot or steamer and cook covered on medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle SmackEm Seafood seasoning directly into the water for bold flavor.
Once all items are fully cooked, place everything into your SmackEm Buckets and move on to Step 2.
Allow your sauce to thaw if frozen before reheating.

If Sauce Is Frozen

Our signature Smack Sauce is the perfect finishing touch to your seafood boil. Drizzle directly on top of your seafood and boil sauce. Close the bucket tightly and shake well until everything is fully coated.
Heat vegetable oil to medium-high heat between 350 and 375 degrees. For best results use a deep fryer. If unavailable, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry egg rolls until golden brown:
Thawed Egg Rolls
3 to 5 min
Frozen Egg Rolls
5 to 6 min
Remove from oil and allow to cool slightly.
Warm Seafood Boil Sauce on the stovetop or microwave using 30 second intervals until warm.
Serve egg rolls drizzled or dipped in Seafood Boil Sauce, then dip into Smack Sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
